From HM Revenue & Customs · Compliance Handbook

The OTM assurance process is supported by the governance boards below:

OTM Assurance Group - OTM Assurance Group assures quality, consistency and safety across CCG OTMs, providing approval on behalf of HMRC. Working closely with Compliance Planning Committee to ensure OTMs are sufficiently resourced.

Compliance Committee Plan - The Compliance Planning Committee aligns CCG operational activity and priorities to strategic compliance risks and objectives, ensuring operational capabilities and activities are prioritised, planned and coordinated across CCG; thereby providing a more effective approach to tackling compliance risk.

For more information on the assurance process please see the CCG OTM Assurance intranet pages.
