This chapter introduces the various types of worklists that are available for New CIS and describes in the information sections below each of the worklists that is generated. It also introduces the PEGA system for the management of these worklist entries. The worklists covered include ‘Manual compliance checks’, ‘Contractor trace and match’, Unmatched partnership details’ and finally ‘Internal escalation’.
