COM140030 | Work lists: work lists: overview and management: printing work lists

From HM Revenue & Customs · COTAX Manual

Work lists are automatically updated by both online activity and overnight processing. It is therefore better to work from the list on the screen rather than a print of it as you then have the most up to date information available.

You should not normally work from a printed work list. The only time you may need to print a list is where you have filtered it and need to give a reviewing officer a print of the filtered list.

You can use the [Print] button to print the entries on the page of the work list you are currently on. If you want to print the previous or next page of the work list:

  • use the [Forward] or [Back] buttons and then use the [Print} button

If the work list has been filtered and sorted and you want to print the full list:

  • use the [Clear] button and then use the [Print] button for each page of the list

For more information about filtering a list, see COM141050.
