Customer accounting records are viewed in Child Trust Fund (CTF) using a unique reference number (URN).

A CTF record consists of

  • case summary details

  • child details

  • customer details

  • case notes.

Customer Reference

The customer reference format for access to a CTF record is in the format

AW123456C

A record can also be accessed by using the NINO, Work Item number, or a search using aChild’s details.

Record Retention

For CTF cleared records will be maintained for a minimum of 7 years.
