DMBM131020 | Manage charges (information) by IT system: Manage charge (information) in SAFE: Refer a charge to a local office

This is done using function Manage Charge and selecting Amend Dunning Level. ChooseDunning level 5 to refer the charge to a local office. The charge will be sent to IDMS ora worklist depending on the charge type. See DMBM131010 formore information.
