Once the forms C96/C95 have been prepared and authorised they need to be made up into a pack for the summary warrant application.You should<ul><li class="filledcircle">place the forms of the C95 series in consecutive number order behind the form C96 series forms</li><li class="filledcircle">place the C96(BS) with the printed side outwards as the final page</li><li class="filledcircle">staple the entire “package” on the left-hand side at the top, middle and bottom</li><li class="filledcircle">fold the C95 forms to A4 size. </li></ul>
