Under the provisions of the Debtors (Scotland) Act 1987 (para 93) you can only recovercosts from the diligence to which they relate. This means that you can only recover thecosts of each arrestment out of any funds caught for that arrestment (DMBM675100). Where you have lodged more than one arrestment but only one of them proves successful (inother words catches funds) you cannot recover the costs of the other unsuccessfularrestments out of the funds caught for the successful one (DMBM675100).(This content has been withheld because of exemptions in the Freedom of Information Act 2000)

(This content has been withheld because of exemptions in the Freedom of Information Act 2000)

(This content has been withheld because of exemptions in the Freedom of Information Act 2000)DMBM677080(This content has been withheld because of exemptions in the Freedom of Information Act 2000)
