Applications to cancel a producer’s licence received from a producer will in all cases be sent for a pre-approval visit.
Where you are satisfied that a licensed producer is no longer required to be licensed in respect of particular premises, or there is reasonable cause to revoke a licence and appropriate procedures have been agreed for disposal or transfer of any stocks of undenatured and/or denatured alcohol inform the EPT who will:
