HCOS2450 | Registered Dealers in Controlled Oils (RDCO): visit reports

From HM Revenue & Customs · Hydrocarbon Oils Strategy

The visit should be reported using an EXIT465B.

An electronic copy of the completed 465B should always be sent to RIS to ensure that visit information is constantly feeding back into the system.

If the Mineral Oil Reliefs Centre (MORC) have had input to the visit request, a copy of the visit report should be sent to MORC so their records can be updated.
