Relief is available for the sale for qualifying investments which are part of the underwriting interest held by a Lloyd’s name.

You should refer to Technical (IHTM01081) any claim for relief involving a Lloyd’s name, where qualifying investments (IHTM34131) form part of the underwriting assets.
