On receipt of a valid appeal HMRC will consider the grounds of appeal in line with HMRC’s Litigation and Settlement Strategy, the Appeals Reviews and Tribunal Guidance Manual and local guidance.

Should the dispute proceed to Litigation the disputed land value will be heard and decided by the Lands Chamber of the Upper Tribunal.
