  • Contact History

  • Employments

  • Individual (excluding SBA indicator fields which are controlled by the SBA office rather than role)

  • In-Year Forms

  • Targeted Review Forms

  • Tax Coding

  • Tax Tables

  • Trace & Match

  • Work Items

  • User Calculation Assistant (UCA)

This role gives view only access to the following functionality

  • Accounting

  • Debits & Credits (excluding all screens related to R400 checks which are prohibited)

  • IABD (Income, allowances, benefits and deductions)

  • Merge

  • Open Case

  • Outstanding Debt

  • Real Time Information

  • Reconciliation

This role prohibits access to the following functionality

  • Debits & Credits (all screens relating to the R400 checks)
