When you obtain a new address complete Format 1 as follows

When you recall it, it will show the full address again. Although the address appears on your screen as above it does not mean that lines three and four of the original address have been lost. The full version is still stored on the computer record until it is overwritten with a new address. The computer always needs the full address do not enter any address in the RLS Format illustrated above.
