RM528 | Processing a claim: Dealing with a registered R40(SP)

The nominated RA will deal with the registered R40(SP), if appropriate to that grade

  • When you have completed CL successfully wait for the hardcopy and pass the papers to the Group Leader.

If there is any error message you cannot resolve pass the claim to an RO.
