Shared Workspace has a number of features that allow certain information to be tracked as follows:

  1. Database records can include a Case Diary allowing database changes to be tracked

  2. Files can be Version Tracked. Versions can only be deleted with the authority of an HMRC Business Authorising Officer (BAO) SW04250

  3. The BAO can take basic Usage Reports SW06260 of the activity within a Room

  4. Any Member of a Room can find out the last time a Member visited the same Room by

a. viewing the Member list of the Room
b. selecting the Member’s name
c. looking to the bottom of the screen for the display in fig 1
