The Inbox object is displayed because it is part of the core software on which SharedWorkspace is based, but it cannot be selected for addition to any Room.

HMRC does not allow use of the Inbox object for security reasons.

Inboxes are prohibited at Site Level. It is not possible for the Shared Workspace Team,HMRC Business Authorising Officer or Customer Nominated Contact to override theprohibition.
