Once a Customer Organisation has agreed to use Shared Workspace, the Business Unit must advise the organisation to appoint a Customer Organisation Representative (COR).

It is for the organisation to choose who they appoint but the Business Unit must advise them that the COR should have sufficient authority to

  • Register their organisation to use the Shared Workspace Room

  • Appoint the first two Customer Nominated Contacts SW04520
