(1)Terms used in this Chapter that are used in—^F1

(a)Chapters 2 to 4 (rights relating to zero hours workers, etc), or^F1

(b)Chapter 5 (including Schedule A1) (rights relating to agency workers),^F1

have the same meaning as in those Chapters or that Chapter (including that Schedule).

(2)In this Chapter, “certificate of independence” means a certificate issued under section 6 of the Trade Union and Labour Relations (Consolidation) Act 1992.^F1
