Section 366 | Interest conveyed or assigned by way of security

If an interest in land is—^F1

(a)conveyed or assigned by way of security, and^F1

(b)subject to a right of redemption,^F1

the person with the right of redemption is treated for the purposes of this Part as having that interest, and not the creditor.
