Suggested answer

An Income Contingent Loan (loans advanced since August 1998) is due to be repaid even if the course is not completed.

If you received an Income Contingent Loan when you started your course, your loan repayments will start the April after you leave your course, and when you are over the threshold.

If you require further information you should access the gov.uk website.
