• ‘Received for’ grand total box 8 agrees with

• form 45K(IT) item 5

• form 45E Section 2 column 3

• no entry is made in box 9 (for Cumbernauld & Shipley use only)

• box 10 Grand total of RBOC is completed (nil if appropriate)

• ‘Received by’ total box 10 agrees with

• form 45K(IT) item 12C

• form 45E Section 2 column 3.

If for any reason there is a minus total on form 117F

• make sure that M precedes the amount.
