DANSP27800 | Notices of decision: About the DAA1 notes

DANSP27100 explains that the DAA1 is made up of several parts. When SEES is used to produce the various parts of the DAA1 notes are added automatically after the decision box.

The notes provide some basic information about:

  • the decision and who it is sent to

  • varied decisions

  • appeal rights and where to find more information about appeals

  • paying any amounts due or paying statutory payments to employees

  • potential interest and penalties

The notes are not included on the DAA1(D). For guidance about the DAA1(D) see DANSP27600.
