IHTM30534 | Compromise cases: reference to Debt Management & Banking

As soon as the terms of a compromise have been agreed with the taxpayers on the authority of the Litigation Consultant or Grade 6, the file should be referred to Debt Management & Banking with a brief explanation of the circumstances that led to the compromise.
