If you receive an enquiry or claim concerning an agency or department which has not previously been considered under Section 301 ITEPA 2003
ask the person making the claim or enquiry to provide a copy in English of the body’s founding legislation or constitution (as amended if appropriate)
refer this, together with any other papers to BAI, Business International (Immunities & Privileges)
