RM1216 | RA action: Vouchers received with correspondence or after issue of R186

When you receive vouchers after the claim (with correspondence or after issue of an R186)

• always cancel the vouchers

• stamp all of them with the District date stamp on the day of receipt

• use black ink

• pass the vouchers and the covering form or letter to the RO.
