Under no circumstances clear a claim as `not pursued’ without authority from an Inspector or RE
When a case is passed to you to clear a registered claim as `not pursued’ complete Prime Format as follows.

| FUNCTION | CL |
| NINO/REGISTER NO | The claims reference number |
| YEAR | The last two numbers of the year. Example: 1990-91 enter 91 |
| DETAILS | Leave blank |
Make the following entry on Format 1.
