SW07550 | Other Considerations: Malicious Software and Active Content

Shared Workspace is a service which allows its members to upload files. It is possiblethat an uploaded file may be infected with malicious software, for example viruses.

Files that are uploaded may also contain a macro or an animated graphic or a hyperlink that links to an internal system.

In order to avoid inadvertently opening such damaging software, Customer Members of Shared Workspace could decide, as good practice, to increase the macro security level settingwithin Windows on their computer/computer systems.
