New or changed processes, procedures, policy, and so on are set out in memos which are published and archived on the SI intranet. Although the intranet will indicate the main readership groups for the memo, everyone working in SI is encouraged to read them.

Where appropriate, it is up to managers to ensure that their people follow the instructions in the memos.
