SIOG1560 | Introduction and organisation: communication: Trade Union consultation

SI is committed to Trade Union Side (TUS) consultation at national and local levels. Officers are encouraged to make full and appropriate use of the consultation process by raising issues of concern. The Director and other senior managers regularly meet TUS at national level to discuss matters across SI. Local TUS meetings deal with domestic issues and items with no immediate relevance to the whole of SI.
