Function MAINTAIN WORKLISTS provides a facility to print the entries on a work list.

Once you’ve selected the work list you want and applied any sort order or filter to it, if you want a screen print you must

  • select ‘File’ on the toolbar menu

and

  • select ‘Print’ from the options available.

This will produce a print of the work items currently displayed on screen.

For more information about sorting and filtering a work list, use TCM0140180.

If you want to print details of the entries above or below the point in the list you are at, you must

  • use the scroll bar to bring the entries that you want to print into view on the screen

  • select ‘File’ on the toolbar menu

and

  • select ‘Print’ from the options available.

If you have a long list of entries and you want to print the whole list you will have to repeat the above process as many times as necessary until you have printed all of the list.

Some online activity and overnight processing automatically updates the entries on work lists. So, by working from the list, rather than a print taken of it, you’ll always have the most up-to-date information available. You shouldn’t work from the printed work list as a matter of course. If, exceptionally, you choose to do so, remember that a printed list soon gets out-of-date.

Note: Guidance on how to action entries on a specific work list is detailed in the section to which the work list relates - for example, use TCM0076040 for guidance on how to action entries on the Incomplete Applications work list.
