Most of the work lists can be accessed in view mode.

Depending on your user role you will have either view or update access to the appropriate work lists.

View access allows you to

• view the work items on the list

• filter and sort the list

• print the list of work items

• check more details about a particular work item.

Note: Guidance on how to action entries on a specific work list is detailed in the section to which the work list relates - for example, use TCM0076040 for guidance on how to action entries on the Incomplete Applications work list.
