Section 7B | Giving of alternative documents before start of employment

A document in the form of a contract of employment or other worker’s contract or letter of engagement given by an employer to a worker before the beginning of the worker’s employment with the employer shall, when the employment begins, be treated for the purposes of section 7A as having been given at that time.^F1F2F3F4
