Section 853K | Confirmation statements: power to make further provision by regulations F1

(1)The Secretary of State may by regulations make further provision as to the duties to deliver information to the registrar to which a confirmation statement is to relate.

(2)The regulations may—

(a)amend or repeal the provisions of sections 853A to 853H , andF2

(b)provide for exceptions from the requirements of those sections as they have effect from time to time.

(3)Regulations under this section which provide that a confirmation statement must relate to a duty to deliver information not for the time being mentioned in section 853A(1)(b) are subject to affirmative resolution procedure.F3

(4)Any other regulations under this section are subject to negative resolution procedure.
