The fees that must be paid at various stages of county court proceedings are laid down in the County Court Fees Order 1982 (as amended).

Some fees are a standard amount (for example, on applying for an order to obtain information from a judgment debtor) while others vary according to the amount of the debt (for example, on entering a claim).
