PAYE105035 | Individual records: contact history: COP essential and historical notes summary

At migration of all individual records from COP to NPS, COP essential and historical notes were copied over to NPS and were available under ‘COP History’ in the contact history screens.

These COP History notes were removed from customer records on 15 November 2021, due to their age profile and as part of GDPR strategy.
