When a Room is locked SW06300 every effort must be made to unlock the Room in as short a time as possible.
Only an HMRC Business Authorising Officer for the Room or member of the HMRC Shared Workspace Live Service Support Team can unlock a Room.
When the room is unlocked full access will be restored for all members of the Room.
