VCM54280 | VCT: VCT approval: applications for approval: declarations

SI1995/1979 Regulation 3(3) & (4)

Applications for full or provisional approval must contain a declaration that to the best of the company’s knowledge and belief:

  • where the application is for full approval:

  • the conditions for approval (see VCM54020) were met in relation to the last complete accounting period of the company;

  • the conditions will be met in relation to the current accounting period; and

  • the particulars given are true and correct.

  • where the application is for provisional approval:

  • the conditions for full approval will be met within the periods described in VCM54030; and

  • the particulars given are true and correct.
