Connect Claude: Free, Pro or Max
Add Solved to your Claude account, sign in and ask your first question.
Before you start
You need:
A Solved account with agent access. Our team approves access; signing in or adding Solved to your agent doesn't grant it on its own. .
A Claude Free, Pro or Max plan.
On a Team or Enterprise plan? Use the Team and Enterprise guide.
Connect Claude
Add Solved
Go to Settings → Connectors → Add.
Name it 'Solved' and paste the server address, then select Add.

A Solved sign-in page opens. Sign in with your approved account, check the permissions and select Allow access.
Turn Solved on in a chat
In a conversation, select + → Connectors and turn on Solved.
Try your first question
Start a new conversation and paste this question.
Use Solved to find the HMRC manual section about group relief. Open the section and give me its title, reference and source link.
Check it worked
- You can see that Claude used Solved while answering.
- The answer includes a link to the source it read.
- The link opens that section in Solved.
If the answer has no source link, Claude probably answered from its own knowledge. Check that Solved is turned on and ask again.
Having trouble?
Select + → Connectors in the conversation and check Solved is turned on. Then ask again and mention Solved in your question.
Sign in with the Solved account that was approved for agent access. If you haven't asked for access yet, .
Leave these empty. Solved doesn't need them. If you can't continue without them, tell us which step you're on.
Go to Customize → Connectors, find Solved and choose Remove from its ⋯ menu.
