COM141040 | Work lists: features of work lists: display work list summary (DWLS)

From HM Revenue & Customs · COTAX Manual

Function DWLS (Display Worklist Summary) shows a list of all the work lists on which your office has entries. It also tells you how many cases have a B/F date set. This function is the control list for the office.

It is useful for identifying when new entries appear on work lists, but you cannot go directly into individual lists from function DWLS.

The [Statistics] button on the individual work list screen takes you directly to function DWLS and enables you to check the age profile of entries on that list.

The statistics can be broken down into daily, weekly, or monthly figures for the last 14 days, weeks or months depending on which option you select.

See COM141031 for a list of functions to use in particular situations.
