Where the employer withdraws the appeal the surcharge will stand

  • issue the letter to confirm

  • make a suitable note on IDMS Action History

  • unset the surcharge appeal signal using BROCS VIEW TAXPAYER ASA SS (format 1)

  • continue pursuit of the surcharge.
