· Debt Enforcement (DE) carry out last-stage debt recovery action before commencement of legal action.

· Field Collection Team (FCT) pursue recovery of debt through face-to-face contact with businesses and individuals by attending residential and trading addresses.

· Enforcement & Insolvency Service (EIS) action cases referred by DE and FCT and can initiate proceedings for bankruptcy and winding up orders
