Once it has been decided that a contractors return, following action from HMRC, can now be sent back to Aspire to attempt the RDC process, it should be crated and accompanied by the cover stencil that it arrived with.

That stencil may have arrived with more than one item. It is therefore important that all items with the same date, that can be returned, are returned together under cover of their original stencil.
