RM5032 | Replacement payable order in the same amount as the original

Before you issue a replacement payable order make sure you have authorisation on form FAO 2601 (unless RM5030 applies).

The same method of issue (that is computer or manual) must be used for the replacement as was used for the original.

The instructions which follow tell you what action to take where

  • the original payable order was issued manually (RM5036)

  • the original payable order was issued by computer (RM5040).
