The Accounts Office may return the R90A(Z) to you to enter an actual date in the Effective date of payment' box. This will be because the effective date of payment was shown as X’ and part or all of this repayment has now been reallocated to an assessment for an earlier year.

Enter the effective date (RM2632) and return the R90A(Z) to the Accounts Office.
