TCM1000006 | How to access the Capture Renewal Declaration function

Step 1

On the ‘Function Menu’

  • select ‘Renewals’ on the toolbar

  • select ‘Capture Renewal Declaration’ from the options available. You will be taken to the ‘Key Entry Data - Renewals’ screen

  • enter the customer’s NINO or Barcode (if you are dealing with a manual Annual Declaration)

  • select the relevant declaration that you are dealing with

  • select ‘OK’. You will be taken to the ‘Capture Renewal Declaration’ function.
