Step 1
On the ‘Management Verification Failures’ screen
select the appropriate verification failure
select ‘Navigate’ on the toolbar
select ‘Amend Application Corrections’ from the options available. You will be taken to the ‘Applicant 1’ screen
select ‘Sm’ on the toolbar. You will be taken to the ‘Summary Information’ screen
the Application Notes can be seen in the ‘Application Notes’ field.
