Step 1
access the ICT database
select ‘Import SEES’
select ‘OK’
select ‘How Many Items Unprocessed’. The number of items will be displayed
select ‘start’. A box advising ‘Finished Processing’ will appear
select ‘OK’ on that box
select ‘inbox’. This shows referrals ready to be worked that require a phone call.
