To request manual correspondence for a Subject Access Request (SAR)

  • open the DMT spreadsheet named ‘MANC1 SARS’ from the relevant folder

  • enter all your details on the first part of the form

  • enter the customer’s

    • NINO

    • surname

    • initial

  • select ‘all tax years’ from the drop down menu

  • select ‘SARS’
