Step 1

Access the HMRC Intranet Homepage

select ‘How do I?’ on the toolbar
select ‘Get communications help’ from the left hand column
select ‘Resources and templates’ from the left hand column. You’ll be taken to the page
select ‘Fax’ under ‘How do you want to talk to your customer?’. You will be taken to a section called ‘’Fax templates and helpcards’
select ‘Standard fax Dual’
select ‘Open’
you’ve opened the HMRC fax template.
