Step 1

To amend the Account Name Details

  • select ‘Amend DDI’. The ‘Amend Direct Debit Instruction’ screen will display

  • enter the amended details in the ‘Account Name’ field

  • confirm with the customer that the details are correct

  • select ‘Save’. You will be taken to the ‘DDI Details’ screen
